Payment & Billing Policy
Transactions processed via authorized gateways require proof of payment for dispute resolution. CodeStep holds no liability for routing errors originating from foreign banking institutions.
Domain Registration (.com & .ru)
Service provisioning currently includes .ru namespaces as well as .com domains. First-year registration for .com is approximately $14-$15, with standard renewal rates applying in subsequent years.
Content Restrictions & Compliance
All hosted architectures must comply strictly with the Digital Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Infrastructure used for the following activities will be immediately terminated:
- Distribution or hosting of explicit/pornographic media.
- Promotion of radicalization, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.
- Unlicensed e-commerce involving narcotics, firearms, or contraband.
- Hosting of pirated software or intellectual property infringement.
Auto-Credit & Suspension Policy
Upon billing cycle expiration, a 7-day grace period initiates. A daily micro-loan is applied, calculated as (Monthly Tariff / 30). On the 7th day, the service is frozen. To unfreeze, the accrued debt plus a minimum of 1 active day's fee must be cleared. Example: A 30K UZS/month plan accrues 1K UZS daily, totaling 7K UZS debt before suspension.
Data Privacy Protocol
Tenant data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We maintain a strict zero-knowledge policy regarding third-party data brokering, ensuring legal protection under local frameworks.
Shared Security Model
CodeStep secures the cloud infrastructure, while the tenant is solely responsible for credential management. Financial losses due to compromised user accounts are non-refundable.
